Description of the problem	Dealer carl burger dodge and chrysler is aware of a defective 4wd warning light (chrysler service bulletin no. 21-014-06 rev a dated nov. 2, 2006), that when i brought my vehicle in to service on december 12, 2007, they demanded to charge me $75. 00 (which i actually paid). I objected and raised the issue with both the service advisor and the service manager. They claimed because my mileage was slightly beyond 36,000 miles (37,912 miles to be exact), they had no obligation to diagnose and correct a known manufacturer's defect. This is wrong as a matter of law.
