Description of the problem	Dt: while driving down the street at 15 mph and the front right tire came off, including the wheel and part of the axle. There was no warning before the accident. The tire hit a car that was empty. The police did not file a report. The owner went to the dealership, and told them about the problem. The dealer had the vehicle towed, and chrysler was contacted. The chrysler representative did an inspection. Chrysler sent a letter notifying the owner that there was nothing they could do. Dealership will not even give the owner a loaner vehicle. The problem was not reported to the insurance company. Owner did not feel that insurance company should be contacted since it will cause his insurance to go up. Dealer stated that there was nothing they could do, and they had no idea what could have happened. There were no injuries.ak jb
