| Description of the problem | Out of the 4 interior door panels, 3 of them are broken! My vehicle is not under warranty anymore and the price to get this fixed is ridiculous! I've been told by several other jeep owners that the same thing has happened to them. My main concern is that this is a safety hazard because if something were to happen they person/persons in the front passenger and/or both rear doors couldn't get out. I drive my jeep everyday and the only interior door knob that isn't broken is the drivers side! I rarely have others in my vehicle, but yet the other 3 door knobs are broken?!?!?! Please do something about this. I've contacted the chrysler corporation and they were very rude about the situation. |
