Description of the problem	I received a safety recall (p41 nhtsa 14v-438 on my vehicle back in september of 2014. It been a year and chrysler doesn't have a part or way to remedy the defect. As a consumer, i have a right to have defective products or materials fixed within a reasonable time frame, and over a year later isn't timely or reasonable. I spoke with rebin at the chrysler corporation today, and he doesn't know the part number to be able to call a dealership to be able to schedule me an appointment to get my vehicle fixed.
