| Description of the problem | This past week, two of the 4 interior door handles have broken. These are doors that are seldom used. It is only a matter of time that the remaining doors will be affected. This is a safety issue because you cannot exit the vehicle. I have researched this issue on the internet and youtube and it is a very common complaint. Chrysler should recall this defective part - the cheep plastic they decided to use just crumbled in the door. Instead they want me to pay $340. 00 for parts only for "one" door and this does not include installation. |
