| Description of the problem | Chrysler has a recall on my jeep since 2014, that hasn't been fix or done. I'm having problems (cuts off and all lights comes on). Took to the jeep place and they state; oh no! This isn't because of the recall. Wrong answer. They were wanting me to spend thousands of dollars to fix things not wrong with my car. No warranty with what they were gone to fix. Took it somewhere else and they found the problem. "the recall"... No part to be found. They did the best they could until chrysler gets me a part. I'm driving my car that cuts off on me. I don't have another car, i'm a widow. How can i get my money back that i have spend and get my car fix? |
