| Description of the problem | The rack and pinion on my 2005 jeep grand cherokee is completely worn out and makes considerable amounts of noise when decreasing in speed. Car has 47,000 miles and before my warranty was up at 36,000 i took the vehicle in for rear end inspection and they found "no problems." this is fraud, and now i have to pay $1350 to have the rack and pinion replaced. |
