Description of the problem	While shifting from forward to reverse, front end thumps loudly. Took vehicle to dealer and was told there is a rubber spacer that has failed and that they would need to order the part. The dealer then informed us that this part was on back order and that we should be careful while driving, sue to the fact that if this connection where the rubber was breaks, it could cause us to crash. We have checked with several dealers and local mechanics and all state the same and that the part is still on back order.
