| Description of the problem | The door panels in the front row have cracked and broken to the point where the door handle is just hanging. You can not get out of the car using the door handles from the inside. You must either reach out the window our have someone open it from the outside. The same thing happened in 2015 to the rear door panels/handles. This is not normal wear or tear. The dealership agreed. This is a major safety issue as one can not get out of the car quickly if needed. Door panels should just not crack, especially all four. There must be an issue with the materials that were used. There is not fix for the door handles except to replace the door panels, which is costly. Please look into this safety issue. Thank you. |
