Description of the problem	Both rear door handles on my grand cherokee are broken. First the left side broke in march 2012, then the right side broke a few months afterwards. All rear seated passengers inside the vehicle are unable to open the doors. The front seated passengers have to exit the vehicle and open it from the outside. This is a safety issue. The door handle issue is very common with this vehicle make and model.
