| Description of the problem | My 2005 jeep grand cherokee has a defect that includes all of the interior door handles braking from regular use. This problem is a major safety concern as anyone inside the vehicle cannot exit the vehicle in case of an emergency. Further more, children and or adults may accidentally cut themselves on the sharp broken plastic edges of the broken handle. In order to replace the handles i had to order a new door panel, yet after only 6 months the handle was broken again. This is not an issue related to my jeep only, with a little research its easy to find thousands of other people with the very same problem i am experiencing with any jeep grand cherokee from 2005-2010. *js |
