| Description of the problem | The n23 recall was performed which was a software update that now recognized that the transfer case actuator motor was bad. The dealer replaced the transfer case motor at a cost to me of $900. After 3 months of driving the "4wd system" error pops up again on my dash and i can't put my vehicle into 4wd lo again. Apparently, there is a service bulletin about this - service bulletin number: 21-022-14 rev. A. No one from chrysler informed me about this so i had to research the problem for hours on my own. This is bad business and the public should be informed of this. |
