| Description of the problem | 2005 jeep grand cherokee purchased used with full warranty. 30,000 miles the transmission goes. Took to local dealership for repairs and was treated like dirt. They say they rebuilt the transmission but problem still exists. Clanking, banging, and not shifting at all apparently this is normal for chrysler vehicles because the dealer says there is nothing wrong with it. Surprise now that the warranty is up i wonder if they'll figure out what is wrong. Disgusted with jeep, chrysler will never own another!!!*jb |
