Description of the problem	Dt: the contact purchased a 2005, jeep chrysler cherokee ,and before it had 5,000 miles on it they had to put in a new transmission . It was not changing gears properly, and there was a smell coming from the car like plastic burning. She noticed this from the time she bought the vehicle. On 8-2-05 she took vehicle to dealer for an oil change. When she drove it home it started to shake very badly. She took it back to the dealer, and they told her they had to flush her transmission 4 times because it had water in it. Also, the air conditioner (ac) hose was leaking into the transmission. They were waiting on the parts to come in to fix it. Chrysler told her they could not authorize a rental/loaner car to drive.*ak
