| Description of the problem | Tl* - the contact called regarding a 2005 jeep grand cherokee. The vehicle vibrated and the rpms rose to 4, and will not come down. The contact took the vehicle to a chrysler dealer, and was informed that the vehicle was involved in a recall. The torque converter was replaced. The contact stated the vehicle ran fine for a couple of days. The contact stated if she drove over 30 mph the vehicle vibrated and felt as though it was going to fall apart. On 1/31/07, the contact had the vehicle towed to the daimler chrysler dealer because she did not feel safe driving the vehicle. The dealer has not yet looked at the vehicle.
