| Description of the problem | I own a 2005 jeep grand cherokee and my door handles are breaking off on the inside. I do not have children so they are not abused in any way. The material is a cheap plastic and the handles are barely hanging on both front driver and passenger doors. This is a safety hazard that needs to be addressed. I have also seen several other complaints on youtube from other jeep owners with same situation. I also work for aaa roadside and have seen several instances where they have to be towed for electrical fires. This makes me very nervous and this matter needs to be addressed. There are also videos on youtube with jeep fires as well to back it up. Any kind of recall would be greatly appreciated as these two scenarios are a serious and life threatning combination. Thanks |
