| Description of the problem | My 2005 jeep grand cherokee limited has 68k miles and 2 out of the 4 interior door handles are broken. The other 2 that aren't broken are cracked and could possibly break anytime. I am fearful that in the event that something were to happen to the battery in the vehicle during an accident, my two children in the rear seats will not be able to get out. My vehicle is 6 years old but has very little miles on it and the handles shouldn't have broken so easily. There has been no abuse to the handles at all. There is no aftermarket repairs available for this vehicle that i can find and the only remedy is to purchase new door panels. Like everyone else in the usa, i don't have the money to replace something like that, that shouldn't have broken in the first place. |
