| Description of the problem | I own a 2005 jeep grand cherokee. The inside rear door handle has broken inside the door panel. This requires replacement of the door panel. Now you can not exit the vehicle in case of an emergency. My extended warranty will not fix this nor will chrysler. The dealer said it will cost $700+ to repair. The panel which is not even available from chrysler! Chrysler should be forced to recall the vehicle and replace the inside panels before someone dies. |
