| Description of the problem | 2005 jeep grand cherokee interior door handles are defective. Passenger side door handle has completely broken due to the cheap plastic and the driver side door handle has almost failed as well. I am afraid that in an emergency, i and my passengers might not be able to exit the vehicle. I've been reading online and this appears to be a very common issue, but chrysler refuses to fix the doors. They want $700 plus to fix each door handle, but you can't even get one because they are on back order. |
