Letter forwarded from ftc-from congresswoman ginny brown-waite on behalf of constituent re problems with chrysler corporation. *nj the casings behind the inside door latch began to gradually deteriorate until all four door casings cracked which resulted in difficulty exiting the vehicle. The consumer stated it was apparent the materials used for the casings were defective. A case in point was the two back door casings which disintegrated in spite of the fact that those doors were seldom used. *jb |
