Description of the problem	This is reguarding the safety recall p41/nhtsa14v-438. Parts are still not available to fix this. I have spent numerous hours, once 3 hours waiting to speak with a rep. No addituonal information has been sent out by jeep. This is appauling! Since the letter i have made several attempts to fix the recall and dealers cant even get the part. Please help. *js
