Description of the problemAbout eight months ago chrysler contacted me via a letter informing me of a recall for unintended changes in ignition switch position in my 2005 jeep grand cherokee. I have called them three times already since i received the letter notice when will they fix my car. Chrysler said that soon they will send me another letter once they have the parts to fix my car so i can take my car to get repaired at the dealer. Eight months have passed and chrysler has not contacted me to fix my car. Everytime i call their recall hotline all they say they will contact me next month and nothing is being done to fix my car. This is the main reason i am disputing this issue with the national highway traffic safety administration due to neglect by chrysler. I need help to get my car fixed. Driving my car is unsafe and riskfull to my life and my family.
