Description of the problem	When i start and as i'm driving the truck the headlights are flickering along with the radio. The rpm and speedometer gauges are jumping up and down as i drive. I can hear a cluster of clicking noises coming from behind the radio, underneath the steering wheel in the wiring harness's and also from underneath the hood in the fuze box closet to the driver. The heated seats do not work along with the radio and gps, the turning signals and the fog lights do not work when this is going on. The dealer has no idea what's wrong with the car, i have already changed the battery, alternator, and starter. This seams to be an ongoing problem with this truck and its a serious safety hazard.
