Description of the problem	All of the dash lights up, flashes/flutter/flickers, radio shuts off, hvac system shuts off, but engine still runs. This only happens when the car is on, however it can happen while in motion or in park.. But i do not see a pattern beyond that (like when it rains or is humid). I have tried to make it happen by juggling my ignition because i know that is a thing, but that never initiates the problem.
