| Description of the problem | Shortly after i bought the jeep, i started having issues with the whole dash lighting up as i was driving down the road. I was notified by chrysler, on 09/29/14, about a recall on the ignition switch. As of today, 6/26/15, the part is still not available. This is completely unacceptable as this issue, obviously, may result in serious injury or death. My dash keeps lighting up and now the brakes are giving me issues. We have had the brakes changed out, rotors and calipers have been changed as well as sensors and there has been no improvement which means it is related to this recall. I am tempted to visit a lawyer in regards to this matter as it is very serious and can cost my family, as well as other families, their life. Updated 09/10/15*jb |
