Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 jeep grand cherokee. While driving at 65 mph, all the warning lights illuminated on the instrument panel and the contact heard various chimes. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who was unable to diagnose or repair the vehicle, but recommended that the ignition switch be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. In addition, four months later while driving at 35 mph, all the lights on the instrument panel and multiple electronic components failed to function. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to another dealer who diagnosed that the ignition switch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
