| Description of the problem | The jeep instrument cluster went dark and non operational as well as the power steering not working. Turn signals were not working as well. Driving 45 mph and this happens in a turn in the road almost causing a major wreck due to the power steering and turn signals not working. There are multiple complaints about this issue happening and the consumer having the ignition switch replaced to solve the problem. This issue is a major safety issue yet chrysler issued a recall that does not have a fix. We were told by chrysler that it is safe to drive the jeep with the issues. However we do not feel safe in this automobile. If we knew this was going to be happening we would not have purchased the jeep. |
