| Description of the problem | We have a 2005 jeep grand cherokee that is on the ignition switch recall p41. Our jeep has not been able to start on many occasions and not is dead in the water we cannot get it to start. It is our only car an we have no transportation now. Every dealer we call and the chrysler company and cannot get any definitive information on part, or when the part will be available. We cannot even get the car into a dealer to try to diagnosed the problem before two weeks. We need some assistance in getting this issue fixed and answers to what do we do for a car until it is fixed. Thank you. |
