| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2005 jeep grand cherokee. While driving various speeds, all the exterior, interior, and instrument panel lighting failed to illuminate. An independent mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure and recommended that the alternator and battery be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred.
