Description of the problem	There is creaking from the dash seconds after shutting the engine off. Cold air blows from one side of the dash even when you have the heat turned on high. Dealer says this is the blend door problem. I already had this unit replaced at 70k miles and now it is failing again. Dealer states it is due to the design of using plastic parts that break.
