| Description of the problem | 2004 jeep grand cherokee ltd overland window on front passenger side, suddenly fell down into door. (they are electric windows.) away from home and female, inclement weather, and unable to lock car to secure while doing business in an area that was not very safe. Sits on plastic track and napa said it is a known occurrence, replaced with metal track. Two months later the same thing happened to the drivers window, parked for event came out that window is half way down. Had guest traveling with me 30 had to drive 30 miles at night on freeway, inclement weather with window down. Just waiting for the back windows to fall into door, will replace when i can afford to. This is definately a manufactures defect. |
