| Description of the problem | In june of 2006, my front passenger window fell down. I took it to the dealership to be replaced and was told it was the regulator. I had to pay $200 out of pocket. The same exact thing happened to my left passenger window in march of 2007. This time it cost me over $400. Daimler chrysler has not been cooperative. Obviously this is a jeep defect as the same thing has happened to both windows, both of which i rarely use. *jb |
