| Description of the problem | We have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee that has had an ongoing failure in the air conditioning system. Over 10 times the vehicle has been into 2 different dealership repair facilities to correct the problem and there has been numerous parts replaced (blending doors, valves etc) and the failure is still there. The a/c system does not produce air at the temp that is selected, and most of the time will blow hot on one side and cold on the other or the other way around. The last time it was in the dealership the manager said they could find nothing wrong, and when my wife drove the vehicle with the manager, there was burning hot air coming out of the vent, the manager said that was normal. Nothing they have done has fixed the problems and we are ready to sue them to recoup our money. |
