| Description of the problem | The blend doors in my chrysler 2004 jeep grand cherokee have deteriorated and fallen into the plenum box where they are housed. I have learned from the dealership this is a known defect by the chrysler engineers. My windows frost up do to not having any heat creating a dangerous situation due to the fact i cannot see out my windows . The dealership and repair shops want over a thousand dollars to fix the problem. |
