Description of the problem	There were no events leading up to the failure that i am aware of. I attempted to use the heat this past winter, and nothing would blow out. No heat, no air, no defrost. My windows will not defrost. I took it to the dealership and they diagnosed it as broken blend doors. Needs blend door housing. They were asking around $1,000. 00 to fix it. I researched this problem online and found a forum where many people were experiencing the same exact problem with the same model. This is a factory defect. Nothing has been done to correct the failure. I don't have this kind of money. My vehicle was only 3 years old. I contacted the manufacturer to no avail. This summer i , along with many others, will have no air to keep them cool.
