Description of the problem	I have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee and the passenger side heater output went to 'full cold'. Took to dealer and was told 'hvac door replacement' was necessary at about $1200. 00 cost to me. Apparently a pin had broken off where the actuator attaches to the heater door. Entire dash assembly had to be removed, also air conditioner gas had to removed and replaced.
