Description of the problem	04 grand cherokee, funny noises after car shuts off coming from dash for as long as i can remember. The just last week the right side vents started blowing only cold air. I just found out it is a $1500/2 day repair and that it happens "a lot" - so to me if this is a failure they know about for several years then i should not have to fix this myself. It is obviously a lemon part and it should be recalled. *ak
