Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo. The contact stated while driving at unknown speeds, the accelerator pedal became stuck in the open throttle position. The contact placed the vehicle into neutral and applied constant, steady pressure to the accelerator until the pedal released.
