Description of the problem	Soon after startup, moving slowly forward or in reverse , as when entering a roadway or backing out of the garage, and after removing foot from accelerator while braking vehicle resists this action and the engine rpms speeds up to 1300 rpms +. Very high braking force was required to overcome the problem. There have been at least 5 instances of this. The local dealer was unable to offer any plausible explanation or help, although he put a recording instrument on the car for a while. My passenger has witnessed this problem at least two occasions. It was an accident threatening situation in at least two instances. Vehicle cannot be trusted. *ak
