Description of the problem	2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo does not have a cigarette lighter or an ash tray.mr the dealer told the consumer a cigarette lighter and ash tray would be mailed to him and he could install it himself. Five days later the consumer received a packaged which contained the normal lighter and a small black plastic cup with a lid for the ash tray. The cup was to be placed in the smaller of the two front cup holders. The consumer stated the ash tray was inadequate but awkward to locate and dangerous to use since it would take the drivers attention from the road. jb
