Description of the problem	While approaching the intersection ( making a left turn ) my steering stiffing and i could not make a left turn into my lane ( inner lane ). I had to illegally turn into the outer lane. I immediately took my vehicle to an certified mechanic ( belle tire ) who advised that my gear box was malfunctioning. They also told me that there was a recall for that unit ( gear box- racket pinion ). I called the local dealership ( chrysler ) whom advised that they do not have a recall for that unit. They advised me to contact you guys for help.
