| Description of the problem | I have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo. Braking problems with rotors. I had to bring it in at 9,000 miles due to pulsation when appling brakes, to which they turned them. 14,000 miles later they are telling me my brakes are waarped , which in turn they did not want to replace. Telling me my warranty was up. I did call chrysler and they did replace. But i was told if this happens again, i will have to pay myself. I also brought the car in because the brakes were sticking which they insist there is not a problem. *jb |
