| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. The vehicle vibrates while driving and worsened at speeds between 55-60 mph. The front rotors were replaced at 44,000 miles on 05/2006. The vehicle began vibrating again and the rear rotors at 47,000 miles shortly after the front rotors. The front rotors were replaced again on 04/2007 at 59,000 miles. The contact stated that 4,000 miles after the warranty expired, the transmission failed and had to be replaced.
