| Description of the problem | I bought a 2004 jeep grand cherokee with 25,000 miles. Shortly after the purchase the jeep would shake everytime the brakes were applied. The dealer reported i would probably need new brake pads and rotors. The dealer reports "that he is not aware that this is a common problem with 2004 jeeps." he stated the consumer would be responsible for the cost of replacement. He attributed the wear of the brakes to the consumers driving style. No action was taken. *nm |
