| Description of the problem | Dt: consumer complained about a braking problem, warped front/rear rotors. Consumer the problem fixed today. When applying the brakes the pedal pulsed and lost brake power with only 20,000 miles on vehicle. Consumer said vehicle did not pull trailers, make jack rabbit stops, or anything that would cause such a problem. Vehicle was serviced regularly by the dealer it was purchased. The rotors were turned instead of being replaced. O consumer expected this problem to recur, and felt that was a manufacturing defect. *ak |
