Description of the problem	Vehicle was brand new and when depressing the brakes pedal went to the floor. Consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, who was not able to duplicate the problem. Received the vehicle from the dealer, and was told dealer had no answers. Consumer was afraid to drive the vehicle. Even when vehicle was moving slowly it would not stop. ak while the consumer descended grades or hills the abs would activate.
