| Description of the problem | The driver's seat of my 2004 jeep grand cherokee has broken for unknown reasons and , without homemade, patchwork bracing, flops back like a recliner. We have attempted to get this repaired both through our local dealer and through chrysler corporation and they claim that they cannot secure the part; we were first told by the dealer we had to prepay for the part, did so, and then they reported back weeks later that they couldn't find the part. Unfortunately, our financial situation does not allow us to simply park the vehicle and make due. This is truly an accident waiting to happen and we would appreciate any assistance and support you can offer. |
