| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owned a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. While driving 30 mph, the contact crashed the vehicle into a pole. Hillstop motors ignored 2 important safety recalls since 8/25/15. Consumer purchased defective vehicle on 03/29/18. The air bags did not deploy and the seat belt failed to restrain. There were no warning indicators illuminated. A police report was filed and there were no injuries. The manufacturer and an unknown dealer were notified. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
