Description of the problem	2004 jeep grand cherokee , purchased on 02/19/2005 used vehicle with a 24,000 miles or less warranty. Purchase price was $20,342. 00, mileage on vehicle was: 17268 at time of purchase. Problem: on 4/18/2007 i had to replace the transmission on this vehicle which cost me $3,018. 99. Can i be reimbursed for this mishap? As a consumer i do not believe a vehicle that is 2 1/2 years old should have transmission problems such as the one i incurred with this vehicle.
