| Description of the problem | Dt: consumer complained that the belt will not stay in the child's safety seat. The harness that keeps the child in the seat will not stay in the seat. It disconnects from the seat at times. Had to rig up the harness so that child will stay in the car seat. Also, handle does not lock. While putting child in the car seat it dumped him out of the car seat twice. He sustained injuries, hitting his face and head. Consumer called the manufacturer, and they did not fix this car seat. *ak |
